Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Atlantic Collectibles account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
